Bale Mountains Tour – 5 Days

Drive from Addis Ababa to Dinsho, the headquarters of Bale Mountains National Park. Along the way, enjoy scenic highland views and rural landscapes. Morning guided hike in the Bale Mountains foothills, enjoying panoramic views and wildlife sightings. After lunch, continue to Goba town, one of Ethiopia’s highest towns. Visit local viewpoints and enjoy the cool mountain climate. Overnight in Goba.

Drive across the spectacular Sanetti Plateau, rising above 4,000 meters, the largest Afro-alpine plateau in Africa. Look out for the rare Ethiopian wolf, giant mole rats, and endemic birds.
